Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PurposeGate, a service operated by DataStreams Solutions, including the iOS app, widgets, backend services, and website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your location) and able to form a binding contract.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered through auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• Do not use the service to violate laws or other users' rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. You can delete your PurposeGate account from app settings or request deletion from support.

Disclaimer and Liability

PurposeGate is provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
